Engineer Girls of Turkey High School Program, carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, the Limak Foundation and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), aims to increase the awareness of high school students, parents and teachers on occupational prejudices, choice of profession and promote the engineering profession. With the project implemented in the 2017-2018 academic year in order to contribute to female students’ preference for engineering departments in line with their interests and abilities, the project reached 19 thousand students and 2 thousand parents in 50 high schools in 10 provinces.
