Fadile Paksoy, who graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Communication after her education on Economics, wrote articles in various national publications, especially in Cumhuriyet Magazine, starting from her university years. She continued her professional career as News Director at Kongre Newspaper, Media Relations Director at Ünsal PorterNovelli, Project Manager at Bersay and Assistant General Manager at Su CSR. Paksoy, who founded Benchmark, which provides services in the field of corporate social responsibility and sustainability, in 2011 with a mission of “Creating shared value for the private sector, public and non-governmental organizations with its products and services, contributing to social development and sustainable development” and she still works on practices that may create value for society. Paksoy, who has been involved in the design and management stages of many corporate social responsibility practices for more than 20 years, shares his knowledge and experience in this field with the business world, public and non-governmental organizations through various national and international trainings and conferences. Paksoy has shared his knowledge and experience with Marmara University, Yeditepe University and Maltepe University Communication Faculty students and she is still a member of Marmara University Communication Faculty Unit Advisory Board. Fadile Paksoy, who is one of the writers of Brandmap magazine and is engaged in theater acting within the Studio Players in addition to her professional career. Also she is Bora’s mother.
